The CAMERA Education Institute offers a recommended list of K-12 books, both fiction and nonfiction, organized by grade. These resources provide students with a deeper understanding of Israel’s history and culture, and the connection of Jews to their ancestral homeland.
As part of our program, we provide book reviews on problematic, anti-Israel books in schools that are based on historically inaccurate information. We offer guidance to parents, educators, and community members regarding the use of such books in schools and public libraries.
We have built a strong network of educators, librarians, parents, and organizations dedicated to children’s and young adult literature. Together, we work to promote educational initiatives and projects that prioritize historical accuracy, inclusivity, and responsible representation in literature.
